One of the especially useful functions of a derailleur hanger is to break preferably before the expensive parts do. This means, in case of a crash, collision or other unfriendly contact, not the derailleur or frame should have damage, but the hanger. Still no fun, but better, right?

Each of our frames have their own version, since they each have other functionality.

The through-axle version comes with 1pcs M4x14 bolt, with a small countersunk head (outer diameter 6mm)
The QR version comes with 2pcs M4x8mm with a 'normal' countersunk head.
