Unfortunately accidents happen, especially in the peloton.

Firstly, we hope you are safe and well. Maybe your bike has taken a beaten that was a bit too much? We like to support you to get ready for your next race, event or group ride.

We are glad to offer you a crash replacement in the form of new frameset at a reduced price. Send us pictures of your torn frame and we will reply with a 50% discount on a replacement frame.

This service only covers frames no older than 5 years, purchased from one of our dealers or on raamwerk.cc. Please provide frame number and original receipt with your request.
